What the platform collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Scope

Makemind Ecosystem, Inc ("Company", "we", "us") operates saas.makemind.app and the MAKEMIND SaaS platform — the tenant portal at portal.makemind.app together with the tenancy, settlement ledger, subscriber and identity services behind it (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the Services, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

2. What we collect

Account information: the email address, name and identity-provider identifier used to sign in, and the tenant you belong to.

Operational records: tenant configuration, plans and entitlements you define, subscriber records, and the settlement ledger entries produced by charges, refunds, fees and payouts.

Technical data: log entries, IP address and user agent, kept to operate and secure the platform.

3. Your customers' data

Records about your own subscribers reach us because you operate your SaaS on the platform. For those records you are the controller and we process them on your instructions, under the agreement covering your tenant.

4. How we use it

To provide and maintain the Services; to isolate and operate your tenant; to run the policy you set and keep the ledger of what happened; to process payments through the connected providers; to detect abuse and secure the platform; and to answer your support requests.

5. Where it is stored

Data is stored on Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure. Authentication is handled by Google Cloud Identity Platform. Payment card details are never held by us: they are handled by the connected payment provider.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the cloud and payment providers needed to run the Services, under data-processing agreements, and where the law requires it.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use session cookies to keep you signed in, and local storage for preferences such as theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Write to support@makemind.app and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Retention

We keep data for as long as the tenant is active or as needed to provide the Services. After a tenant closes, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where settlement and tax records must be retained for the period the law requires.

10. Children

The Services are business infrastructure and are not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes are communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
